Divorce is a common thing nowadays. No matter where you are from, you probably know someone who’s either been through a divorce or has been affected by one. Iceland has many different ways they approach separation that differs from the approach of the US.
Hlynur Jónsson, an Icelandic attorney at law, and Sigrún Júlíusdóttir, a professor of social work at The University of Iceland are interviewed. Here’s a preview with Jónsson, who discusses joint custody.
